As a spouse and a parent, I share these same fears. As an estate planning lawyer, I know how to ease these fears and make sure my kids will be cared for.

Easing fears, however, is just the minimum that an estate planning lawyer should provide. My philosophy goes deeper. You have concerns and you also have hopes for your kids. So, I want to hear them. That’s why I take the time to listen to my clients and am transparent about how it works and what it will cost. Only your kids should be bringing you surprises. Not your estate planning lawyer.
