Some estate planning attorneys talk too much and listen too little. So we cut the chatter by listening to your needs and build estate plans that fit where you are today and where you’re going tomorrow.

The goal of an estate planning attorney should be to reduce your worries, not add stress. At O’Brien Estate Law, we take out the worry and work with you to bring you peace of mind. We also check in with you every now and then to be sure the plan still fits.

Estate planning can be difficult. That’s why we do the heavy pushing. We do everything we can to explain our process up front and take the burden away from you so you can get your estate plan done and move on.

O’Brien Estate Law wants you to feel good about your investment in an estate planning lawyer. So we are upfront with our fees and costs. Nothing is hidden and you’ll know what to expect.

Meet Tim O’Brien

O’Brien Estate Law is your community-based estate planning attorney.

I’m Tim O’Brien and family is everything to me. My wife and I struggled for years to build our family. Fortunately, our struggles paid off and we now have three amazing sons who are at the center of every choice we make as parents.

While every family is different, many parents and guardians share common fears. Who takes care of our kids if something happens to us? Will someone try to take what belongs to our kids? How do we make sure our kids don’t blow their college fund on a weekend in Vegas?

You’ll probably never eliminate all the fears you have about your family. But, by working together, we can minimize those fears you have about estate planning. This is one of the things that drives me as an estate planning lawyer.

I aim to become your trusted advisor and help you make informed decisions about some difficult situations. By the end, the hope is that you’ll be comfortable knowing there’s a plan in place to care for your kids even if you’re no longer able to do so.
